I really enjoy using Autohotkey and it's an amazing program that I use tons in daily operations (running portably from USB makes having hotkeys and such available on any computer I work on awesome). Pulover basically works to make Autohotkey more graphical in setting up macros. AutoIt is mostly for automation of processes and event triggers and Autohotkey increases hotkey functionality putting more emphasis on keyboard hooks. Much in the way Pulover builds on Autohotkey. I use Autohotkey but the language it uses is AutoIt 2 and builds on it.

You can do set clipboard as 'Clipboard := 'blah ~ ~ ~ '' etc and then 'Send, v' to paste as the clipboard has an internal variable for Autohotkey.Īgain, I don't know how useful this is to you given I haven't used Pulover but maybe once or twice as I prefer the manual fine tuning with scripting in Autohotkey over macro recorders (although I do use ReMouse for short-term really simple repetitive mouse operations rather than dealing with resolution and coordinate offsets, often firing them with ahk hotkeys).įeel free to give me a shout-out if you want to look into Autohotkey as I'm more knowledgeable there and I'm open to a discord chat to expedite troubleshooting and getting that hotkey to work the way you want. I'm unsure of the way you are going about it but you might try storing it as a string and then doing concatenation or clipboard pasting method. I use Autohotkey quite a bit and don't know how much Pulover deviates from it's base since I manually do all the AutoIt scripting, but in the past when using hotkeys and such in games making use of SendInput and SendPlay gave me better results than Send or SendRaw. (also if someone can point me out if it's possible to play Macros that i've created with pmc with pmc in order to clarify macros) I know that european keyboards don't have the ~ directly accessible, but when i set the keyboard layout as an US keyboard, it doesn't work as expected.

P.s : i have a mac keyboard that i use in windows, with a keyboard profile. (or from what i've understand hahah)Īny ideas ?When i was using Jitbit Macro Recorder there's was a function called SetClipboard. Example:īut i have to put 1 space more between the ~ for it to work.like that : /tp s ~ ~ ~ ~ 90 ~And that's a pain to debug because sometimes it doesn't get the last symbol etc.So i've tried paste from clipboard, but it doesn't set and erase the clipboard as expected. I'm trying to choose the right function for writing text into the chat in videogames.I've tried RawText, but it's doesn't work properly.
